Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year strategic innovation roadmap for 2026+ technologies
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-adjacent computing and neural interfaces
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford labs on next-gen human augmentation systems
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation portfolio with quarterly pivot protocols
- Present futures scenarios to C-suite and board of directors
- Build and mentor an interdisciplinary innovation task force
- File 5+ patents annually in emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Published research in quantum computing or neurotechnology
- Proven track record of scaling tech from concept to market
- Deep understanding of exponential technology curves
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (CFP) preferred
- Experience with DARPA/IARPA project frameworks
