Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to map technological, economic, and societal trends through 2026
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-ready strategies into corporate vision and operations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating solutions for 2026 market scenarios
- Author high-impact trend reports and thought leadership content for industry publications
- Establish global networks of futurists, technologists, and policymakers to accelerate innovation
- Drive organizational adoption of agile foresight methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate innovation, or AI governance
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or societal transformation
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural and industry contexts
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, WFS) preferred
