Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-2030 technology roadmaps for emerging sectors (quantum AI, synthetic biology, metaverse infrastructure)
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, data scientists, and behavioral economists to solve complex future challenges
- Interface with government agencies and international bodies to shape 2026 regulatory frameworks for breakthrough technologies
- Conduct horizon-scanning research using predictive modeling and scenario planning methodologies
- Architect pilot programs for next-gen human-machine symbiosis systems
- Present findings at Davos, CES, and UN Tech Summits to drive industry consensus
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, futurism, or R&D leadership with demonstrable impact on 2020s innovations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Quantum Physics (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ societal or technological transitions (peer-reviewed journals or whitepapers)
- Expertise in predictive analytics, scenario planning, and emerging technology assessment frameworks
- Deep understanding of global megatrends: climate migration, neurodiversity tech, and decentralized governance
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding for experimental projects
- Proficiency in futures simulation tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Delphi Method)
