Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (2024-2030) to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies including quantum computing and neuro interfaces
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership on post-2025 market evolution
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer 2026+ solutions
- Translate complex future projections into actionable product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Author thought leadership reports on societal impacts of AI-driven automation and climate tech
- Mentor innovation teams in applying futures-thinking methodologies to current projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI ethics, biotech regulations, and sustainable infrastructure
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight academy) preferred
- Published work in futurism journals or industry whitepapers
