- Establish KPIs and analytics systems to track emerging trend adoption and market readiness

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record developing 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for tech-forward organizations
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in trend forecasting and scenario modeling
- Exceptional communication abilities for translating complex future concepts to stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-oriented initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
