Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps aligning with global sustainability and AI ethics frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum computing applications for climate modeling
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (neuro interfaces, synthetic biology) for market integration
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and government innovation councils
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Collaborate with Stanford's Future Institute on human-machine augmentation studies
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning for exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Published research on 4th industrial revolution impacts (2018-2023)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi method)
- Certification in Emerging Technology Governance (ETG) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ scaled tech innovations
- Experience with UN SDG alignment frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
