- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Produce executive-level trend reports with data-driven recommendations
- Identify high-impact investment opportunities in next-gen technologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
- Mentor junior analysts on futures methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data analysis and visualization skills with tools like Tableau
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities for executive audiences
- Experience publishing foresight research in industry journals or conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful trend-to-strategy translations
