Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight projects identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients navigating 2026+ market transformations
- Produce high-impact research publications and executive briefings on future innovation trajectories
- Manage cross-functional teams of data scientists, domain experts, and design strategists
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, World Economic Forum, and other futurist networks
- Present findings to executive boards and investor summits on future-proofing strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years of foresight experience
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Flourish) and trend analysis platforms
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term strategic adaptation
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into executive narratives
