Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary research initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop comprehensive scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive boards through compelling visualizations and executive briefings
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Design and publish annual '2026 Horizons Report' with predictive market intelligence
- Oversee AI-powered trend analysis platforms and quantitative forecasting models
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, futures research, or related consulting field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite audiences
- Expertise in AI/ML trend analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization tools
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Economics, or related field
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, technological, and climate disruption vectors
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS, APF) strongly preferred
- Published thought leadership in futures research or innovation strategy
