Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE)
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum projects to $100M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in ethics governance for autonomous systems
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, C++)
- Public speaking at global tech conferences (TED, Web Summit)
