Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ horizon, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to anticipate disruptive innovations
- Produce strategic white papers and market analyses for C-level decision-making
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists in prototype development
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term technology adoption impact
- Build and maintain relationships with global research institutions and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or corporate innovation roles
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AGI, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into enterprise-level strategy
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with technology focus
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTe)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and Delphi techniques
