- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-7 year adoption curves
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and boards with data-driven impact analyses
- Establish innovation governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Partner with R&D to commercialize future-facing solutions in healthcare, climate tech, and digital infrastructure
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech trend analysis and patent landscaping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies or futurist roles
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence technologies
- Proven track record of executing multi-year digital transformation initiatives
- Certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or technology management preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex socio-technical systems
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight required
