Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, digital transformation, or emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology implementation
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; PhD preferred
- Track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology architecture frameworks (TOGAF, etc.)
