- Secure patents for at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
- Mentor PhD researchers in emerging fields

Qualifications
- 15+ years in systems architecture with 5+ years in quantum or AI fields
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related discipline
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing $50M+ in government or private funding
- Expertise in distributed ledger and post-quantum cryptography
- Patent portfolio with 10+ granted US patents
- Fluency in Rust, Haskell, and quantum assembly languages
- Track record of delivering projects with global impact
