Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Analyze market trends to position InnovateCorp as a 2026 industry leader
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present disruptive technology blueprints to C-suite and investors
- Drive patent development in next-gen computational paradigms
- Mentor junior futurists in technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech innovations to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals preferred
- Experience with technology lifecycle modeling and scenario planning
- Strong background in intellectual property strategy
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
