Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) through 2026
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on technology adoption priorities
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions and their business implications
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future technology concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical considerations for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing future technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
