Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, AI researchers, and UX designers
- Develop sustainable tech frameworks for carbon-negative computing
- Secure $50M+ in R&D grants through federal and private partnerships
- Present breakthroughs at Davos, CES, and global tech summits
- Mentor PhD candidates in emerging tech ethics
- Patent 3+ core technologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 5+ publications in Nature/Science
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic engineering
- Federal grant-writing experience (DARPA, NSF, DoE)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
- Deep understanding of UN SDG13 (Climate Action) tech integration
