Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ future-tech patents
- Proven track record of scaling quantum/AI systems
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and carbon-neutral tech
- Published in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Experience with DARPA/EU Horizon Europe projects
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages
