Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum, fusion, neuromorphic AI)
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
- Secure $10M+ in federal/state innovation grants and venture capital
- Establish industry-first partnerships with NASA, Tesla, and IBM Research
- Present breakthrough findings at Davos and Global Technology Summits
- Drive commercialization of at least 3 patented technologies by 2026
- Mentor next-gen talent in our FutureTech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, AI Systems, or Sustainable Energy Engineering
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 2+ unicorn-scale product launches
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Expertise in technology forecasting (Gartner/Hype Cycle methodology)
- Proven grant-writing success with DARPA/NSF/EPA programs
- Deep knowledge of ISO 20700 tech ethics frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing languages
- Active security clearance preferred
