- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen technologies
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record in launching future-focused initiatives (2023-2025)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, or neurotech
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 200+ professionals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or German for global stakeholder engagement
