Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technological Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, including Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing, and AI integration.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable cloud architectures that can withstand the demands of next-generation data processing and AI models.
- Sustainable Tech Leadership: Implement and advocate for green computing practices and energy-efficient infrastructure to meet 2026 sustainability goals.
- AI & Automation Strategy: Oversee the deployment of autonomous agents and AI-driven workflows that optimize internal operations and client deliverables.
- Market Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to identify opportunities for Horizon Systems to gain a competitive edge in the 2026 market landscape.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, security, and engineering teams to translate high-level strategy into actionable technical execution plans.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in IT leadership, with at least 5 years in a CTO or Senior Architect role.
- Emerging Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Quantum Computing concepts, and Web3 technologies.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience designing complex systems on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive technical change across an organization.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving complex, long-term architectural problems.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
