Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead research and analysis on emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, neural interfaces, etc.) to identify competitive advantages
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions with 3-5 year horizons
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members, driving data-informed decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation adoption
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of future technologies, ensuring compliance and responsible innovation
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future tech trends and strategic implementation frameworks
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or future-tech consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, biotech convergence, Web3 infrastructure)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Strategy) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
