Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record implementing future-proof systems (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Systems Engineering
- Certified in AI Ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics) and Quantum Computing (e.g., IBM Q)
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on emerging tech
- Experience with agile transformation at enterprise scale
- Fluency in Mandarin/Japanese for APAC market strategy
