Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps covering AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Analyze emerging tech trends and market disruptions to inform strategic investment decisions
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating cutting-edge solutions with existing business models
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups for R&D acceleration
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal workshops
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (whitepapers, patents, or industry talks)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams and managing R&D budgets
