Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovations including quantum computing adoption and AI governance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in emerging tech domains
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis of emerging technologies with 5+ year impact potential
- Present strategic technology recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for collaborative R&D initiatives
- Define KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption and innovation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech roles with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, blockchain, or biotech convergence
- Experience with C-level stakeholder management and executive communication
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Proficiency in strategic planning frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Technology Readiness Levels)
- Track record of launching successful technology initiatives with measurable business impact
