- Author white papers on ethical AI governance and sustainable tech standards
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with 15+ technical researchers
- Represent company at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES 2026)
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Proven track record securing government innovation grants ($50M+ total)
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or carbon-negative tech
- Published author in Nature/Science with 50+ citations
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for global partnerships
- CISSP certification or equivalent security expertise
