- Forecast geopolitical tech impacts and develop contingency strategies for 2026+
- Mentor talent in emerging tech certifications and future-proof skill acquisition
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting roles
- Expertise in quantum computing principles, post-quantum cryptography, or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML projects with >$50M budgets
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., IEEE 2026 Tech Standards Committee)
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on future-tech convergence
- Experience navigating EU AI Act and FCC spectrum policy frameworks
- Mastery of strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
