Responsibilities
- Architect technology roadmaps for 2026+ adoption of AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Create implementation frameworks for scaling experimental technologies to enterprise levels
- Advise C-suite on technology investments and innovation portfolio management
- Ensure compliance with emerging regulatory frameworks for next-gen tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven track record in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or Web3 infrastructure
- Strong background in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future studies
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
