Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, neural interfaces, AGI) and create implementation frameworks
- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Author thought leadership papers on ethical tech deployment and societal impact
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for experimental technologies
- Represent company at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching products with 10M+ users or $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Published author or speaker at top-tier tech conferences
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience managing global teams across 3+ time zones
- Fluency in English with additional technical languages (Python, Go) a plus
