- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration protocols
- Partner with C-suite to reallocate $50M+ R&D budget toward 2026-readiness initiatives
- Present strategic briefings to the Board of Directors quarterly with data-backed market disruption forecasts
- Establish industry-wide thought leadership through whitepapers and keynote speaking engagements
- Mentor a 10-person innovation squad in speculative design and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven portfolio of 2025+ initiatives
- Expertise in emerging tech convergence points (Web3, biotech, climate AI)
- Proficiency in speculative design tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS Professional) or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience scaling innovation teams from concept to market
- Published research on technology's socioeconomic impact post-2020
