Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable AI and Quantum algorithms targeting 2026 infrastructure standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into core product workflows.
- Oversee the optimization of neural networks for next-generation hardware architectures.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure system scalability and security.
- Define technical roadmaps and make critical architectural decisions for the 2026 product suite.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and software architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong willingness to learn.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and data privacy.
