Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architectures for 2026-era technologies including AI-driven systems, quantum-resistant encryption, and decentralized autonomous organizations
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning technological capabilities with market demands and business objectives
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation practices
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen computing solutions and validate technical feasibility
- Present architectural blueprints and innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and venture partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in architecture or engineering leadership with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI/ML systems, blockchain, and distributed architectures
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Experience with horizon scanning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and responsible innovation frameworks
- Track record of leading successful technology transformation initiatives
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Published research or patents in future technologies highly desirable
