Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and architectural vision for our platform through the year 2026, identifying key technical milestones.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, resilient microservices architectures capable of supporting next-gen AI integrations and massive data throughput.
- AI Integration Strategy: Oversee the integration of advanced AI and machine learning models into core product offerings to enhance user experience.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and provide technical guidance, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to optimize system performance, latency, and reliability in preparation for global scale.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- AI & Data: Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, large language models (LLMs), and data pipelines.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions in unstructured environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
