- Establish KPIs to track progress toward 2026 strategic objectives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, biotech, and clean energy
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-10 year strategic foresight projects
