Responsibilities
- Architect scalable digital ecosystems integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and spatial computing
- Lead cross-functional teams of futurists, data scientists, and UX designers in prototyping 2026-viable solutions
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive behavioral algorithms
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercial viability
- Design human-AI symbiotic interfaces that enhance cognitive capabilities while preserving privacy
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through white papers and stakeholder presentations
- Present annual ecosystem roadmaps to the Global Technology Council
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Cognitive Systems with 5+ years applied research
- Published work in Nature/Science on quantum computing or neural interfaces
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy architectures
- Proven track record of launching commercialized technologies with 1M+ users
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Experience with ISO 26000 ESG frameworks and IEEE ethics standards
- Portfolio of at least three deployed systems using neuromorphic chips
- Security clearance for government quantum research partnerships
