Responsibilities
- Design scalable 2026-ready technological ecosystems integrating quantum, blockchain, and AI capabilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Anticipate and mitigate emerging tech risks through proactive scenario modeling and threat analysis
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, government, and industry to accelerate 2026 technology adoption
- Develop and implement sustainable digital infrastructure solutions for climate resilience
- Create comprehensive roadmaps for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) and metaverse integration
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our 2026 Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Expertise in quantum computing, distributed ledger technology, and generative AI
- Strong background in ethics frameworks for AI and autonomous systems
- Published research or patents in future technologies (2018-2023)
- Experience leading cross-cultural, remote-first innovation teams
- Deep understanding of climate-tech intersection and sustainable digital infrastructure
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Future Studies
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and futures methodologies
