Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions for enterprise clients across healthcare, finance, and logistics sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists and engineers in developing predictive models for 2026 market needs
- Architect cloud-native infrastructure supporting real-time AI inference at edge computing endpoints
- Conduct advanced market research to identify emerging technology trends and competitive opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI implementation ensuring ethical compliance and long-term scalability
- Mentor junior architects and present technical blueprints to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience designing enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions with proven deployment success
- Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Kubernetes)
- Strong background in MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for AI systems
- Published research in neural networks or reinforcement learning (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Proficiency in quantum computing principles and quantum machine learning algorithms
- Experience leading projects with budgets exceeding $5M and teams of 15+ engineers
