Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems deployed in 2026
- Lead cross-functional audits of machine learning models for bias mitigation
- Develop governance protocols for quantum-AI hybrid computing environments
- Collaborate with UN and EU AI ethics task forces on global standards
- Train C-suite executives on ethical AI adoption strategies
- Author white papers on AI-human symbiosis for peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or responsible AI development
- Published research on algorithmic bias or explainable AI (XAI)
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, generative AI
- Fluency in regulatory frameworks: EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, OECD principles
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies on tech policy
