Responsibilities
- Design and implement the 2026 AI ethics governance framework for enterprise AI systems
- Lead cross-functional committees to align AI development with ethical standards and regulatory requirements
- Conduct risk assessments for emerging AI technologies including generative models and autonomous systems
- Develop transparent audit protocols for AI decision-making processes
- Represent the company in global AI ethics forums and regulatory discussions
- Mentor teams on ethical AI principles and responsible innovation practices
- Proactively identify and mitigate algorithmic bias and fairness issues
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in AI governance, ethics, or responsible tech leadership
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven experience implementing ethical AI frameworks in large-scale organizations
- Strong understanding of machine learning limitations and bias mitigation techniques
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics preferred
- Experience working with global regulatory bodies and standards organizations
