Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Lead bias mitigation strategies across predictive and generative AI models
- Develop audit protocols for algorithmic fairness in high-stakes applications
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to establish ethics for next-gen systems
- Present ethical frameworks to C-suite executives and regulatory bodies
- Mentor junior engineers on responsible AI development practices
- Publish industry white papers on emerging AI ethics challenges
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record implementing bias audits in production ML systems
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving global regulations
- Strong background in quantum computing ethics and hybrid human-AI workflows
- Experience presenting complex ethical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible innovation (3+ peer-reviewed papers)
- Proficiency in Python for bias detection and fairness metrics implementation
