Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer consultations and product demonstrations
- Execute strategic sales techniques to exceed monthly targets
- Operate POS systems and manage cash transactions accurately
- Merchandise displays and maintain store presentation standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize weekend operations
- Process returns/exchanges and resolve customer inquiries
- Participate in inventory audits and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven sales track record with bonus-driven roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM and retail technology
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently
