Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services to maximize sales targets.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by answering questions, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively educate customers.
- Transaction Management: Accurately process sales transactions and handle point-of-sale systems efficiently.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred; however, we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
