Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours, driving sales through personalized consultations and product expertise
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain impeccable store presentation overnight
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems while maintaining cash handling accuracy
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with overnight stock replenishment and organization
- Collaborate with day shift team to ensure seamless customer experience transitions
- Participate in product knowledge training to maintain expertise in premium merchandise
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets during evening shifts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients
- Strong inventory management and visual merchandising capabilities
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended evening hours (10PM-6AM)
- Proficiency in retail POS systems and inventory software
- Valid New York State retail sales license
