Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon entering the store, answering questions and providing product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Organize and merchandise display areas to ensure the store looks inviting and current.
- Uphold high standards of store cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and point-of-sale systems.
