Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by actively engaging with customers and identifying their needs.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Merchandise the sales floor to ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers to drive loyalty.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn POS systems quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new concepts.
