Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers immediately upon entry, providing a welcoming and premium shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using our POS system.
- Merchandise the sales floor, ensuring product presentation meets our high visual standards.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through active listening and product recommendations.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual displays.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly sales goals and targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift boxes up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
