Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth: Actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend products to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Customer Experience: Provide exceptional service by greeting customers warmly, answering inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain store standards by ensuring products are neatly displayed, organized, and fully stocked on the sales floor.
- Operations Support: Assist in processing transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and maintaining a clean, safe shopping environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with fellow team members and supervisors to ensure seamless store operations during peak weekend hours.
- Feedback Loop: Relay customer feedback and product inquiries to store management to help improve our offerings.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays, with some flexibility for early morning or evening shifts.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to listen actively to customers.
- Interpersonal Skills: A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes weighing up to 25 lbs.
