Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly to ensure a welcoming and professional shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Understand customer needs and recommend products or services that provide value.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and display areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Participate in store operations, including inventory counts and merchandising activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or sales experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a passion for sales.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
