Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Assist customers in locating products and providing detailed product knowledge.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store organization throughout the weekend shift.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to meet daily sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as required.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Reliable transportation.
