Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Proactively engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend products to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Customer Experience: Provide world-class service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain the sales floor in pristine condition, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is stocked and accessible.
- Transaction Management: Accurately process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members and store management to ensure smooth daily operations during busy weekend shifts.
- Feedback Loop: Communicate customer feedback and product inquiries to management to help improve our offerings.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and flexible availability.
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: A self-starter with a drive to hit sales goals and earn incentives.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Math: Ability to handle cash transactions and basic math calculations with high accuracy.
